There's a few ways to remove the wax melt from the burner.
One of the easiest ways is to take a cotton wool ball and as your wax is cooling place the ball in the wax. It soaks up most of the wax without damaging your burner.
Another way is to gently put pressure on one side of the wax when it's almost set and pop it out.
Do not use knives as not only can this be dangerous but it can cause damage to the burner.
A wax melt is a small piece of fragranced wax that is melted in a wax melt burner. There are different types of wax. We use soy wax.
When buying a burner make sure it specifies it's suitable for wax melts.
One segment from the normal snap bars and two from the XL bars should give approximately 12 hours of fragrance before you have to replace the wax.
The snap bars are packaged in recycled packing that is then recycleable when empty.
The room sprays and Sprinkle and Vac containers can be recycled as plastic recycling.
Wax melts should not set on fire. Do not leave the burner in a room unattended and stand it clear of curtains and open windows.
Only use tealights that are suitable for use with your burner. For example using an 8 hour tealight in a small burner can be dangerous.
Check your burner regularly for cracks.
It's highly unlikely it will do but it's always better to test on a small area of carpet to make sure the product won't cause any damage.
Lightly sprinkle on your carpet, leave a while and then vacuum it up. You can leave it for as long as you feel it needs. An hour is usually more than long enough.
No. The room sprays have a non alcohol base.
Not for use on soft furnishings and skin.
