Refund policy

Any returned items need to be unused and unopened within 30 days.

Contact us at meltonwaxmelts@gmail.com or via our Facebook page to let us know why you want to return the items. Please include your name and order number? If the items have arrived damaged please sent a photo as well to speed things up.

If the return is our fault, i.e. wrong items sent we will cover return postage costs.

If the return is for any other reason than an error on our part then you are responsible for return shipping costs. Please send any returns using a signed for service.

Once we've received them and inspected them we'll issue a refund back to your payment method.
